Sandyford Business District
Having a long association with the Sandyford Business District, I currently sit on the board of the Sandyford Business District Company CLG (SBID).
SBID was established in January 2017 to represent the entire business community in the Sandyford Business District. Funded by the business community and working closely and co-operatively with the local authority as well as local residents and other stakeholders, SBID is one of the main drivers for the future development of Sandyford Business District.
Sandyford’s award winning infrastructure and amenities cater to every business or personal need. With more than 1,000 companies and 25,000 people working in Sandyford, the diverse and vibrant atmosphere around the District is immediately apparent, making Sandyford the place to work and live.

I am also a multi-award winning food blogger. My blog One Man’s Meat has won “Best Blog in Ireland” and also won “Best Food Blog In Ireland” on a number of occasions. It has been featured on the WordPress platform’s “Freshly Pressed” – Nirvana for bloggers. My food interests have led to numerous food marketing projects, working with food producers and retailers, an area where I am very much at home.
I am lucky enough to enjoy road cycling. It has the combined benefits of being great for the health and also being a very social activity. In 2015, I completed the Paris2Nice charity cycle. I am an enthusiastic supporter of Paris2Nice. It is a great organisation that has raised over €3,000,000 for a range of Irish charities. If you want to make a difference to your own life and the lives of many others, start by visiting the Paris2Nice website.
